The Notion connector writes each published article as a page in a Notion database that we create for you. If your blog is served from Notion (Super.so, Feather, Potion, Notion Sites), articles appear on your site as soon as they sync.

Step 1 — Create a Notion integration

  1. Go to notion.so/profile/integrations and click New integration.
  2. Name it SeoSorted, choose the workspace your blog lives in, and set the type to Internal.
  3. Under Capabilities, make sure Read content, Update content and Insert content are ticked. Save.
  4. Copy the Internal Integration Secret (starts with ntn_ or secret_).

Step 2 — Share a page with it

  1. Open (or create) the Notion page your blog should live under — for example a page called Blog.
  2. Click ••• in the top right → Connections → find SeoSorted → Confirm.
  3. Click ••• → Copy link.

Step 3 — Connect

Project Settings → Integrations → Notion → Connect.
string

The Internal Integration Secret from step 1.
The link from step 2.
string
Optional. If Super, Feather or another tool serves this database as your blog, enter its address so the View live link and published URL point at your site rather than notion.so.
We create an inline database called SeoSorted articles inside the page. Reconnecting to the same page reuses it.

The database

The page body is the article: headings, paragraphs, lists, quotes, code, tables, images and YouTube videos become native Notion blocks.
Don’t edit synced pages in Notion. A republish replaces the page body and properties with the SeoSorted version. Make edits in SeoSorted and republish.

Republishing, unpublishing and deleting

  • Republish updates the same page in place.
  • Unpublish sets Status to Draft — filter your blog tool’s view on Status = Published.
  • Deleting the article in SeoSorted moves the page to Notion’s trash.
Notion’s API allows about three requests a second, so a long article can take up to a minute to sync. That’s expected.

Troubleshooting

The integration isn’t connected to the page. Open it → ••• → Connections → add SeoSorted, then connect again.
Edit the integration at notion.so/profile/integrations, tick all three, save, and connect again.
Notion has no equivalent for raw HTML and nested lists deeper than two levels; those are simplified. Everything else is converted to native blocks.
